Need help understanding your bill?
I currently have a past due account showing up on my credit report in collections - opened 12/28/19 - showing past due balance of $1303.00 - I have been a member of the ATT family since it purchased Cingular. I have no need for a new account. This is fraudulent and I want it removed from my credit report. How do I get that done?

I have an account showing up on my credit report in the amount of $1035 which isn't mine. It is really irritating because I have disputed it many times. How can I get this off my credit report permanently?

I get a notification on my credit report stating I owe 1745. I have disputed this multiple times it was off my credit now its back on there. I have no knowledge of having AT&T mobility. I've only had Verizon and sprint services in my whole entire life. I need this taken off my credit report as this is hurting my credit score. I hate to get my lawyer involved. AT&T please do something about this.

@Precious2021This is a customer populated forum. No one from ATT will take any action from your post here. You need to contact the global fraud management team as described in the second post on this thread.

11 At T is a debt collector, they have nothing to do with ATT lol. Pay off your loans/credit cards on time.
