Can you give Siri an Indian accent?
Users can set their preferred language and region in the device settings, including selecting specific accents or dialects within a language. This allows Siri to adapt its speech recognition and responses accordingly.
iOS 13 now supports all 22 of India's official languages. Apple has added 15 new Indian languages in its iOS 13.1. 2 update for iPhones and, what is more, Siri even talks back to you in an Indian accent. Siri's present voice can be changed to an Indian voice via Settings—Siri & Search—Siri Voice.

The Indian accent (I've spent about a year in India) has its own rhythm and pitch. Of the accents of the British isles, the Indian accent is most similar to the Welsh accent (I'm half Welsh), which has a similar word stress and pitch pattern.

You can even give Siri six different accents: American, Australian, British, Indian, Irish, or South American. (If you're using Siri in non-English language, your choices will probably differ). In iOS 14.5, Apple is changing the Siri voice options to promote diversity.
Go to Settings > Siri & Search. Tap Siri Voice, then choose a different variety or voice.

Apple currently allows users to pick between a male and female voice as well as six different accents including American, British, Indian and Irish, but defaults to a female voice for US devices. (In some countries, such as the UK, Siri defaults to a male voice.)
Does Siri recognize everyone's voice?

Easiest: some version of an American southern accent. Some version of an East Indian accent. Some version Mexican Spanish accent (which I like because there are some Spanish sounds they don't use). Some version of an Italian accent.
Some non-native speakers may have nailed the accent in their own way, but they'll never truly attain the level of 'natural' that natives enjoy. That's just a fact of life in language learning. Even one hour every few weeks with a native speaker can do wonders for your accent.
You can't change Siri's name, but you can specify how Siri refers to you. Create a card in the Contacts app with the name you want Siri to call you and it will use that name.

Change Siri's speaking volume on your iPhone
Just get Siri's attention, then say "Speak louder" or "Speak quieter." If you want to change the volume while Siri is speaking or while you're using headphones, press the Volume buttons on the side of your iPhone. If you can't hear Siri, you might need to turn on Ring mode.
Does Siri read Arabic?

From that, you have to select the 'Siri' option. Now comes the fun part where you have to select the voice variety for your Siri. From the 'Siri' screen, click on 'Voice Variety' and select your desired voice variety from the list of options.
On your iOS device, go to Settings / Siri & Search. Choose “English” as your language, and under Siri Voice, choose “American” and “Voice 3.” On your iMac or MacBook, go to System Preferences, then Siri to find those same options.
With the addition of two new voices, Siri will be available in four voices in total. These voices will be available in different accents including American, Australian, British, Indian, Irish, and South African. Apple is bringing these changes to Siri with the iOS 14.5 update.
